How to make a booking with us?
- Determine your total travel budget, trip duration, exact dates, and number of travelers
- Confirm whether you want to include additional services such as integrated transportation, lodging, guided excursions, and select meals.
- Let us know in advance during your booking email if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs.
- As we provide a customised tour package, we only share our travel itinerary upon booking confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust our travel itinerary and refuse service due to unforeseen situations. We implement a zero-tolerance policy in our workplace. No disruptive or abusive behavior or behavior that poses a safety risk to staff and other patrons; these examples are not exhaustive.
Cancellation policy: Within 14 calendar days from the scheduled tour date(s), 50% of the booking deposit is forfeited. Within 2 calendar days of the scheduled tour date(s), 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.
Due to the overwhelming response, our booking system is based on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Regrettably, we are fully booked during some blocked periods, so drop us a note to find out which dates are blocked.
